Nathan Kometh, CPA, Owner
Nathan has 10+ years of extensive accounting experience in corporate and public accounting. As a corporate accountant Nathan managed the daily accounting operations of large publicly traded companies and small privately owned companies. This includes weekly cash flow projections, inventory management, revenue recognition, managing fixed assets and prepaid expenses, as well as monthly, quarterly and annual close activities (e.g., accruals, reconciliations, fluctuation analysis and financial reporting).
In his career as a public accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (“PwC”) Nathan provided audit and advisory services to both publicly traded and privately owned companies in various industries. As a consultant, Nathan helped companies adopt new accounting standards, assisted management in cleaning up company books to prepare for an initial public offering (“IPO”), and provided guidance on how to account for mergers and acquisitions.
Nathan received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Arizona and is a licensed certified public accountant (“CPA”) in the state of Arizona.
